1. Introduction

By participating in the Z7 Autopilot Trial ("Trial") offered by Azper Science, you ("Participant," "You," "Your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before applying for the trial. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Trial.

2. Trial Participation

​

• Eligibility: The Trial is open to individuals or organizations who are at least 18 years old and have the appropriate environment and equipment for testing the Z7 Autopilot hardware.

• Trial Period: The Trial period will last for 2 weeks starting from the date of shipment or delivery of the Z7 Autopilot to the Participant.

• Product Ownership: During the Trial period, the Z7 Autopilot remains the property of Azper Science. The Participant is only granted the temporary right to use the product for the duration of the Trial.

3. Trial Requirements

​

• Product Use: The Participant agrees to use the Z7 Autopilot in accordance with the provided documentation and guidelines. The product must be used solely for the purpose of evaluating its performance and providing feedback.

• Compatibility: The Participant must have the necessary devices, hardware, and environment to test the Z7 Autopilot. If the product requires other equipment or software for full functionality, the Participant is responsible for ensuring compatibility.

• Setup and Installation: Participants are expected to follow the provided setup instructions and are responsible for ensuring proper installation and operation of the Z7 Autopilot. If the Participant requires assistance, Azper Science will provide reasonable support during the Trial period.

4. Feedback and Reporting

​

• Feedback Obligations: As part of the Trial, the Participant agrees to provide timely feedback on the Z7 Autopilot's performance, usability, and any issues encountered. Feedback can be submitted via email or through feedback forms as requested by Azper Science.

• Confidentiality: The Participant agrees to keep any confidential information shared by Azper Science during the Trial confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

• Data Collection: Azper Science may collect anonymized data from the Z7 Autopilot during the Trial, including performance metrics and error logs, to improve the product. This data will not be shared with third parties and will be used only for the purpose of product enhancement.

5. Product Condition and Handling

​

• Care of the Product: The Participant is responsible for taking reasonable care of the Z7 Autopilot during the Trial period. Any damage to the product due to misuse or neglect will be the responsibility of the Participant.

• Return of Product: At the end of the Trial period, the Participant must return the Z7 Autopilot to Azper Science. The product must be returned in good condition, free from any damage caused by improper use.

• No Disassembly: The Participant agrees not to disassemble, modify, or tamper with the internal components of the Z7 Autopilot. Any unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product will result in the termination of the Trial and the Participant may be required to reimburse Azper Science for any damages or costs associated with the product.

6. Limitations of Liability

​

• Product Performance: The Z7 Autopilot is provided for evaluation purposes only. Azper Science makes no representations or warranties regarding the product's performance, compatibility, or suitability for the Participant's specific needs.

• No Warranty: The Z7 Autopilot is provided "as-is" for the duration of the Trial, and Azper Science does not guarantee any particular results, performance, or uptime.

• Liability: Azper Science will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Z7 Autopilot, including but not limited to damages to equipment, loss of data, or personal injury.

7. Termination of Trial

​

Azper Science reserves the right to terminate the Trial at any time if the Participant breaches any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the Participant must immediately return the product (if applicable) and cease using the Z7 Autopilot.

8. Intellectual Property

​

• The Z7 Autopilot and all related software, documentation, and intellectual property are owned by Azper Science and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Participant does not acquire any ownership rights to the product or related intellectual property through participation in the Trial.

9. Indemnity

​

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Azper Science from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Participant's use of the Z7 Autopilot, including but not limited to misuse, injury, or damage to property.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka-India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Bangalore-India, as per applicable law.

11. Modification of Terms

​

Azper Science reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
