Purpose-built for industrial 8-motor platforms and heavy-lift UAVs operating up to 18S. The PDB 200A V2 combines thick copper bus bars, real-time I2C telemetry, LC-filtered auxiliary power stages, and full conformal coating in a compact footprint designed to stack directly beneath the Z7 Autopilot.

High efficiency Thick Copper Bus Bars
Integrated heavy-gauge copper bus bars engineered for minimal internal electrical resistance. Sustains 200A continuous current and absorbs up to 866A burst spikes (<= 5s) without localized thermal buildup or voltage sag during rapid throttle punch-outs.
Wide Input Voltage Range
High-voltage power stage supporting up to 18S battery configurations. Enables high-voltage drone setups to draw lower current for the same total power output, reducing thermal losses and allowing lighter wiring harnesses across the airframe.
High-Precision Real-Time I2C Power Monitoring
Real-time voltage (± 0.1V accuracy) and high-range current tracking over the I2C bus protocol. Feeds exact pack voltage, instant current draw, and accumulated capacity consumption directly to the ground station and flight controller. Enables precise dynamic Return-to-Launch (RTL) triggers based on remaining battery energy.
Conformal Coating Environmental Protection
Factory-applied conformal coating covering all logic components, traces, and integrated circuits. Protects circuit paths against atmospheric condensation, rain droplets, chemical spray mist, and conductive dust accumulation in field conditions.
Autopilot Integration & Redundant Flight Power
Two independent 5.2V @ 3.5A power supplies dedicated exclusively to powering the flight controller. Guarantees continuous power to the Z7 Autopilot. If one power supply channel fails or suffers an external fault, the redundant secondary line maintains flight controller operation without interruption.

Direct Z7 Stack Integration & 8-Motor Support
Compact footprint (43 x 58 mm mounting center) engineered to stack directly with the Z7 Autopilot while breaking out pads for 8 individual motor ESC connections. Replaces bulky wiring rings and messy power harnesses. Consolidates power delivery and motor channels into a single compact central stack, keeping cable runs short and organized.

Noise-Filtered Quad BECs
Onboard 5.2V @ 3.5A and 12V @ 3.5A BEC channels equipped with multi-stage filters. Suppresses high-frequency switching noise, voltage ripple, and ESC back-EMF spikes. Supplies clean DC power to delicate payloads, preventing bugs and glitches.
